Visit Presentation Options:

Presentation: Author Q&A + Reading

Cost: $200* for 30 minutes ($100 Virtual)

Ages: All ages

Format: In-person or Virtual

Description: A brief introduction to how a book gets published, customized to the age of the students, followed by a picture book reading and a Q&A. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions about becoming an author or about the story they heard.

Presentation: Rhythm Rescue

Cost: $200* for 30 minutes

Ages: 1st-4th Grade

Format: In-person only

Description: In this 30 minute presentation, students will be introduced to and practice quarter notes and eighth notes through interactive games followed by a reading of Rhythm Rescue. Perfect for one class or a whole school assembly, kids will love clapping, tapping, and interacting along with the story.

Presentation: Tiger Tempo

Cost: $200* for 30 minutes

Ages: PreK-2nd Grade

Format: In-person only

Description: In this 30 minute presentation, students will be introduced to and practice beat and tempo terms. Best for 1-2 classes at a time.

Presentation: Taino Folklore

Cost: $200* for 30 minutes ($100 Virtual)

Ages: All Ages

Format: In-person or Virtual

Description: Students will learn about the meaning of legends and myths along with historical information about the indigenous Taino from Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Vicky will read the Taino Tales story of your choice.
